Named the top women's skysurfer in the United States
at the 2002 U.S Nationals and currently among the top 5 women's
skysurfers in the world, veteran Skysurfer Kathee Johnson and camera
flyer Steve Miller will join the 2003 United States Skydiving Team
with hopes for a medal in next September's World Championships in
Gap, France.
As an Open Class medal winner in every U.S. Nationals
since 2000 and on the heals of an appearance on ESPN Japan, a First
Place finish at the 2001 World Space Games and a "Photo-Finish"
in the March 2001 issue of Parachutist Magazine, Kathee is currently
training at Skydive Elsinore with renewed intensity and commitment.
With the lure of a World Championship medal in Gap,
Elsinore Boardwalk is looking forward to the excitement of the 2003
season and beyond.
